The British singer and actress Olivia Newton John, who rose to fame with the role of "Sandy" in the movie "Grease" is preparing a new album and waiting for the premiere of her latest film.
The producer Brett Goldsmith, nephew of the actress, is mixing and finalizing the details of the album for the singer, whose production is based more on the sound of guitars, with some dance mixes, and still has no release date.
The album began recording with the working title The Hotel Sessions and have not yet concluded, from these sessions came the song "Best of My Love", although not officially made public, the song was offered as a free download in 2004.
This album include "Weightless" (Weightless) and will be the main theme of the soundtrack to "A few best men", the film that Newton-John starred with Xavier Samuel (Twilight) and directed by Stephan Elliott (Priscilla Queen Of The Desert), will be released in early 2012.

Love the AFBM soundtrack. Total departure for Olivia.just very surprised it never charted in Australia. Weightless is worth tie price alone. I thought this was what the fans were waiting for?, where-s the support for this wonderful album?. I hope it does better when its released here in Britain
